Beacon Community Church is finally born! It’s truly an amazing journey for this church planting project. It’s all started from a vision God has planted into every single one of us and followed by His own calling. Then we responded to His call and one year later, here we are! We now have over 20 families who will come and help build up the church. We are committed to be a loving community of Jesus followers and make an impact by bringing the light of Christ to the people around us!

 

Although some of us had some experience in church planting, it can still be a fearful thing. Starting a church is never easy and church planting places us on the “front lines” of spiritual warfare. The devil hates Christ, His gospel, and His church, but God gave me this passage while I prayed for direction of Beacon. “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent. For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.” (Acts 18:9-10)

Beacon family, are you ready to fight this spiritual battle for the Lord? Don’t be afraid, keep on speaking and stand firm on the truth. Be the light of Jesus to win those lost souls!
